From the west M4 J18 Bath
Follow signs for Bath A46
At Bath remain on A46 follow signs for Chippenham, Bradford on Avon, etc
At roundabout turn right for Bradford on Avon (Approx 6 miles)
Just after the sign welcoming you to Bradford on Avon take the fork left for Trowbridge. (Do not go through Bradford on Avon)
At T junction go left and immediately right follow signs for Staverton.
Pass Nestle on your left. At Kings Arms roundabout go left for Hilperton
You are now in Marsh Road. Marsh Farm is on your left. Look out for the signs saying Business Units to Let.
Take second left into farm yard.
FAS is on your right.
From the east M4 J17 Chippenham
Follow signs for Chippenham
At the end of the dual carriage at roundabout turn right and follow all signs to Melksham and Trowbridge.
At Melksham follow all signs to Trowbridge. On the outskirts of Trowbridge you will pass Paxcroft egg farm on your left and at the next roundabout turn right into Devizes road.
At mini roundabout by Lion & Fiddle Pub turn right and follow the road through the village for about ½ a mile.
On the straight section of road you will see a sign for Marsh Farm on your right look out for sign saying Business Units to Let.
Turn into the lane and take the second left turning into the farmyard.
